Bisquick Breakfast Casserole


Making a Breakfast Casserole has never been so easy. With Bisquick you can be done in minutes!

1 c. bacon or ham or sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 pt. half & half or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 eggs

Bisquick Breakfast Casserole Instructions

In a 9 x 13 inch greased dish, mix butter, half and half, pepper, salt, mustard, eggs and Bisquick. Refrigerate overnight. Brown sausage or ham. Mix with Swiss and cheddar cheese and pour into dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

This recipe is very simple to make and it is delicious!
